Navpreet places a strong emphasis on educating families about preventing everyday activity-related injuries. She also works with teenagers, focusing on posture education and treating sports-related injuries. Additionally, she has a keen interest in women’s health and has completed a Level 1 pelvic physio course to treat patients with urinary incontinence.
